ABSTRACT
Tuberculous pleural effusion remains one of the most common causes of pleural effusion globally. Drug resistance is emerging and it is imperative to acquire drug sensitivity for every tuberculous pleural effusion. This case describes the diagnosis and management of a tuberculous pleural effusion.
