ABSTRACT
This chapter focuses on catheter ablation of supraventricular arrhythmias in patients with ASDs and VSDs as isolated defects. Nevertheless, the challenges these defects may pose to ablation also apply if they are present in other conditions. Reciprocally, the presence of associated defects and how they were managed must be taken into account when considering catheter ablation in these patients.
