ABSTRACT

Human resource (HR) analytics is the field of investigation that suggests to apply scientific procedures to the human resource department of an organization in the expectation of enhancing employee performance. In this way it shows the sign of enhancement in rate of return. HR analytics does not simply manage collecting data on employee efficiency; rather, it intends to provide insight into each procedure by gathering data and after that utilizing it to settle on significant choices about how to enhance these processes. It enables an organization to utilize the wealth of employees for making better decisions for improving organizational performance. HR investigation associates the business data with individual's data, which can help to set up vital associations later on. The key part of HR investigation is to give information on the effect of the HR department on the overall organization. The uncertainty in the environment makes it imperative for the HR professionals to use important qualitative and quantitative tools to design the HR process metrics.
