ABSTRACT

The digital age has brought about a revolution in the entire world. Companies have started investing in tools and machine which support the latest technologies. In this chapter, we will discuss how artificial intelligence as a tool with robots and bots has affected the business processes and has brought about the HR 4.0 revolution. The challenges that an organization faces is mostly reflected in its HR policies and reforms. This chapter will give an insight into how the challenges are overcome and the change in technology is managed by an organization to sustain itself.
