ABSTRACT

Purpose: The current study aims at analytically reviewing the subjective concepts of happiness and spirituality for Indian youth in this fast-paced technological reality, wherein attaining appropriate mental health has become a challenge. It focuses on highlighting the happiness and spirituality scores of the sample taken using two separate questionnaires and further analysing the relationship between them.

Scope: This research holds practical implications, having focused on how happy and spiritual the youth is in our country. India, being regarded as the youngest nation with the most positive demography, can't afford to ignore the results of such studies, as they provide input in building stronger mental health. This study has considered two very important domains along with recommendations for improvement.
