ABSTRACT

Entrepreneurship research is vital now for the sake of the global economic sustainability, and especially during the COVID-19 era. Entrepreneurship research needs to be analyzed through an out-of-the-box perspective, as it is not business as usual. Scholars cannot assume those perceptions considered during the past norms. This research in progress aims to assess the success factors which contribute to the success of the entrepreneurs, and this study purses a particular interest in the tourism sector in the Gulf Corporation Council countries. The success factors of this study refer to the education system, economic situation at hand, cultural aspect of the society, and personal features of entrepreneurs. This particularly being the case for the tourism industry led these research scholars to conduct a review of literature to blend entrepreneurship with sustainability and artificial intelligence and big data analytics to mitigate the crashing global economies of the COVID-19 pandemic era, with theoretical and entrepreneurial implications also explained in this paper.
