ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the effect of culinary experience, which consists of fusion food culture, uniqueness, experience, aesthetics, and dining at street food toward behavioral intention on Street Food in Bandung. The research method used is an explanatory survey with a cross-sectional method approach with a total sample of 245 costumers. The data analysis technique used was the path analysis technique. The implementation of culinary experience is in the high category and behavioral intention is in the very high category. Culinary experience, which consists of fusion food culture, uniqueness of the food, new food experience, dining aesthetics, and dining at street food has a positive effect toward behavioral intention of enjoying street food. In addition, sub-variables have the highest influence. In addition, there should be an evaluation and input to improve performance, service quality, and product quality to be even better. The results showed that there was a significant influence between culinary experiences and the behavioral intention.
