ABSTRACT

In this chapter, we have focused on the technique for solving the Prey-Predator model and its stability analysis. All the results are given in the form of a theorem with appropriate assumptions. By using Section 6.2.4, a closed-form solution of the system (Section 6.1) is obtained which contains the periodic function and describes the cyclic behavior of both species (Prey and Predator). Stability analysis shows that this classical model behaves like an undamped oscillator with complex eigen values. The capability of the proposed technique is shown by solving the application and using examples.
