ABSTRACT

Rapid technological development and the unique characteristics of digital native students can make teaching difficult, especially when teachers are often digital immigrants themselves. This study uses a systematic literature review (SLR) method to synthesize articles from several reputable international journals published from 2013 to 2019. The results of the analysis show that teachers of digital natives must possess several attributes/characteristics, including not keeping distance from students; being open to innovation and the development of the times; being able to make learning exciting; being able to assist each student; and being able to understand the needs of students.
