ABSTRACT
Any organizational activities should be structured to ensure a systemic approach to interconnections among various objects and modules. This approach is also valid with regard to creating organizational and technological systems of implementation of industrial facility conversion projects. However, efficiency of interaction among various management entities is currently at a low level due to lack of unified deterministic connections that would ensure immunity to internal and external impacts, but at the same time enable the manageability both of the entire system and its components.
