ABSTRACT

Modern control of the condition of heat pipelines is based on hydraulic tests. These tests are accompanied by an increase in pressure in the pipe. The appearance of metal ruptures and fluid leaks indicates the need to replace the pipeline. However, often an increase in pressure in the pipeline can lead to the appearance and development of internal defects. Nevertheless, often the pipe can be recognized as suitable for exploitation while the increase in pressure in the pipeline can lead to the appearance and development of internal defects. The article describes the methods of Nondestructive testing of pipelines of heat networks in operation. The analytical review of thermal, magnetic, radiation and acoustic methods is carried out. These methods allow to testing the equipment without its decommissioning, and do not lead to destructive consequences.
