ABSTRACT
The administrative decisions are submitted to the institution according to their organizational levels. However, the high administration is set at the top of the pyramid, which is then responsible for the strategic decisions of the institution and is known as that the quality of its decisions depends only on the extent of information provided by the decision-maker.
In this context, the information basis through which we are trying to shed light on the utmost importance of analyzing data to make strategic decisions by relying on an information system assisting in making the rational decision.
