ABSTRACT
Nowadays, technology is helpingbusiness organizations toproducemore at low cost and get desired results. However, to cut the cost and increase productivity, technology is accelerating the business ability, by using automation, robots technology that replacing the human effort. To understand the changes in work, productivity, and employment, organizations must develop insight into the interrelationship of technology with artificial intelligence (AI), big data, and the internet. This chapter will focus on how organization are making capable themselves to reduce the cost and analyzing the changes in the work and ability or skills of an employee. It will also focus on how technology impacts the employee’s performance will help to pursue their creative goal into a new work/life balance technology environment. It is also emphasis on how to change the business strategy (BS) so that organization goal can be achieved by integrate the technology.
