ABSTRACT

The aim of this study was to see the effect of organizational commitment on employee performance directly or indirectly with knowledge sharing as a mediating variable. This study was conducted on 61 employees who worked for several multi finance service companies in Jambi City. The results of this study indicated that organizational commitment had a direct and indirect effect on employee performance, knowledge sharing had a direct effect on employee performance, knowledge sharing can be a mediating variable between organizational commitment and employee performance.
