ABSTRACT

In industry 4.0 era, creativity and innovation are important to reach a company’s purpose. This research was driven by the non-optimal employee performance which might be affected by creativity and innovation. This research investigates how creativity and innovation can affect the employees’ performance at Tridaya Course Bandung. The type of the research is descriptive involving 100 employees as its population with the sample of 50 respondents by using multiple regression analysis technique. It was found from the F test that the creativity and innovation simultaneously influenced employee performance. However, the T-test showed that creativity had a partial effect on employees’ performance, and innovation had no partial effect on the employees’ performance. Hence, it can be concluded that creativity can affect employee performance and innovation doesn’t affect employee performance.
