ABSTRACT

Manufacturing industries have done bureaucratic reform; one of the elements set back is resource issues of improving mankind. All restructuring management is done to improve the employee’s performance. The purpose of this research is to build the model of commitment organization and employee performance. This research took samples from 171 employees. This study is descriptive and examines association causal relationships. The data were processed by using SPSS. The research instruments consisted of data analysis and the hypothesis. The results of the study state that the contribution of competence, leadership, and commitment to explain employee performance is about 81.6%. It means that the competence, leadership, and commitment awarded to an employee together or simultaneously had links and a real impact on the performance of employees.
