ABSTRACT
In the current 4.0 industrial revolution era, the business world has become the most demanding entity to acclimatize the use of information technology including MSMEs, which run medium or micro busi-nesses. The application of information and communication technology is a decent strategy to maintain busi-ness continuity. Nonetheless, information and communication technology are still not well utilized in the bar-bershop industry in Garut Regency. Hence, this study aims to determine the effect of information technology resources on the Barbershop MSME Business Performance in Garut Regency, West Java, Indonesia. This study involved 43 barbershop owners or managers in Garut Regency as the respondents. Based on the PLS-SEM analysis, it was discovered that IT human resources and IT supporting elements had a very large and significant influence on Barbershop. Therefore, it can be concluded that information technology resources had a very significant influence on the Barbershop MSME business performance in Garut Regency.
