ABSTRACT

This study aims to analyze the influence of customer needs, service distribution, and corporate governance on superior service. This research was conducted to 100 customers at Husein Sastranegara Airport, Bandung. Data processing from questionnaires, interviews, and research documents processed was done by using the SmartPLS 3 program. In this study, it was proven that customer needs did not have a significant effect on superior service. Moreover, service distribution did not have a significant effect on superior service, and corporate governance had a significant effect on superior service.
