ABSTRACT

This study aims to find out the effect of e-servicescape on e-trust on Shopee website. This study is a descriptive quantitative involving 100 Shopee’s users who live in Bandung and had accessed the mobile application. The data were collected using online questionnaire and interviews. The data were analysed by simple regression where the variable (x) is the e-servicescape and variable (y) is the e-trust. The result shows that e-servicescape has a positive and partially gives significant effect on the e-trust in Shopee mobile application. This implies that the more representative the e-servicescape in a mobile application, the deeper trust will be built by the users.
