ABSTRACT
This chapter describes the model for keeping medical records and monitoring patient status, its elements and structure. The model illustrated in this chapter is capable of solving the problems of medical records and provides in-depth information on this issue. The model also allows the detecting and correcting of medical errors. In future the model may be implemented in any medical establishment.
