This article discusses the problems affecting the clarification of the historical location of the aisle of St. Gregory, Bishop of Nyssa, (and the iconostasis in it) in the basement of Resurrection Novodevichy of Cathedral of Resurrection the basis of identified documents and graphic reconstruction in the dimensions indicated in the identified historical sources (written, photographic documents), combined with the results of field studies in 2020, including measurements.
