ABSTRACT

This chapter presents a live streaming platform using cloud computing. During the pandemic, live streaming has become the new normal. Live concerts were held online on platforms like Zoom, Google Meet, and the like. But issues such as audio and video quality were encountered. To conduct smooth online concerts and to improve audio and video quality this study discusses an idea for a video conference application. It integrates services like Amazon Web Services (AWS) and Open Broadcaster Software (OBS). This chapter introduces a platform that has features that currently many major applications do not use. Users can thereby not only view but also edit the audio/video content using time dependent cloud infrastructure which endorses quality of service. In the proposed system the main motive is to facilitate the performer/artist to showcase their talent worldwide through a virtual platform where they can connect to their audience in a live stream. This has culminated in the development of a teleconferencing application that will include a better quality of audio and video compared to the other platforms.
