ABSTRACT
In the chapter, the concept of a sustainable economy will be explained. The obstacles to economic sustainability will be determined with the guidance of sustainable development indicators for the tourism destinations guidebook. The economic sustainability of the countries will be presented with the reports published by the most visited countries in the world. With the analysis results, recommendations will be given to tourism destinations to make their economies sustainable.
