ABSTRACT

This study aims to examine the effect of individual, organizational, and technological factors on knowledge sharing that refers to the analytical framework of Lin (2007), where the scope of this research is an Indonesian telecommunications company for the Kalimantan area. The research method used in this study is a quantitative research method with descriptive, verification, and causal research types. Data analysis techniques used are descriptive analysis and path analysis. This study involved a sample of 228 employees who filled out a questionnaire containing 37 questions.
