ABSTRACT

Human resources (HR) are workers or employees in an organization that have an important role in achieving organizational goals. The purpose of this research is to prove the influence of HR development on work performance in the Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bandung. This research uses a quantitative approach, data was gathered through survey questionnaires that were distributed to 36 respondents; a stratified random sampling which the result shows that there is a significant influence between HR development toward work influence of 76.2%. The finding of research is expected to be considered in the HR development program, especially in Department of Population and Civil Registration of Bandung.
