ABSTRACT
In the recent decades, most enterprises are moving toward a new age. With the recent growth in technology for the past decades, many enterprises saw the opportunity of improvement. In an enterprise who moves in the food industry, inventory is one of the most crucial parts of the business by the means of how to keep their inventory’s overall quality as raw material’s expiration is imminent. The purpose of this research is to identify enterprise resource planning (ERP) as the solution to the crucial inventory handling problem in small medium enterprises. ERP is an integrated large-scale system that allows organizations to integrate processes and information throughout the organization to boost its performance. The selected ERP software for this research is Odoo based on its open-source nature, flexibility, and ease of use.
