ABSTRACT

This chapter describes the school enrolment rate and the various factors that influence the enrolment rate. School panel data allow a difference-in-differences estimation strategy to address endogeneity of program placement. The average monthly attendance rate of girls in grade one was more than 12% points. A self-administrative questionnaire was distributed among 251 students from higher education institutions (HEIs). The questionnaires consist of the information on 11 factors that influence enrolment. A mixed research design, i.e., quantitative and qualitative both sets of research design have been followed while collecting the research findings in this project. Quantitative data were collected through the information contained on the government’s website. Qualitative research includes the responses to the questionnaires that were filled in by the school authorities. Quantitative analysis of the secondary data is done using machine learning. Correlation has been calculated for all variables to eliminate the features having high positive/negative correlation.
