ABSTRACT

Polyazines, similar to tetrazine and triazines, are derivatives of nitrogen (N) containing heterocyclic compounds that are extremely electron-deficient aromatic systems because of the availability of electronegative N atoms. The symmetrical 1,3,5-triazines are produced by the trimerization of certain nitrile compounds, such as cyanimide or cyanogen chloride. The benzoguanamine was synthesized from dicyandiamide and benzonitrile. Shafiee et al developed a resourceful, sustainable, and greener method for organic transformation reactions, and reported an easy way for the synthesis of a new dicationic ionic liquid with 1,3,5-triazine core anchor for nano-super ferromagnetic particles, which were used in the Betti reaction to synthesize b-amido alkyl naphthols using a one-pot multicomponent reaction. The development of non-noble metal catalysts that have analogous stability and activity toward noble metals is of major importance in renovation and the consumption of clean energy. Functionalized organic porous polymers are extremely promising materials for heterogeneous catalysis because of their easy synthesis and flexible framework composition.
