The use of peptides is quite wide. Peptides are also known as bioactive peptides and they have many different properties. Peptides with antioxidant properties also have an important place among these peptides. They can play a big role in drug and vaccine manufacture, particularly animal and herbal peptide sequences of naturally derived peptides which may be important for future vaccine studies. There are some studies on this subject, but studies on vaccine development with natural bioactive peptides are very limited. In this chapter, an overview is presented of the benefits of antioxidant peptides and peptides in general, as well as the use of natural bioactive peptides in the vaccine field.
