      ABSTRACT

In this chapter general information and advantages of peptide vaccines are given. This chapter mainly focuses on the methods of peptide vaccine delivery. Liposomes, emulsions, virus-like particles, polymers, and dendrimers are mainly discussed. Also, vaccine formulation plays a critical role in improving the stability of vaccines and provides optimum efficacy and safety as there is a need to develop vaccines that are stable in a number of situations, so for the future development of peptide vaccines it is important for safety and effectiveness of vaccines against infectious diseases. The future perspective of vaccine production, especially in the peptide vaccine, is important and this chapter provides a range of information about it.
