      ABSTRACT

      In this chapter further methods that are used on polymeric peptides in vaccine production are explained. The conjugation method and other methods are explained, for example the physicochemical analysis of conjugate structure methods such as dialysis, column chromatography, gas pressure filtration, and the other methods that are used in the laboratory such as high-performance liquid chromatography system (HPLC), zeta potential measurement, Fourier transform infrared spectroscopy (FTIR) measurement, and fluorescence spectroscopy measurements. Using these methods, polymeric peptides can be produced on the required molecular interactions in living cells with improved spatial (angstrom) and temporal (nanosecond) resolution, distance range and sensitivity, and a wider range of biological applications.
