ABSTRACT

While working in a court, both author felt the influence of computational science on judicial activities, but also found some problems and shortcomings, such as information security, popularization and implementation, and technical innovation. In order to promote the construction of intelligent courts, this paper first summarizes the impact of big data on judicial work. On the premise of determining the necessity of building an intelligent court, the paper analyzes the causes of the above problems by analyzing relevant data, logical argumentation and summarizing the author’s experience and feelings in the court work. Because the author was able to recognize in a timely manner the working characteristics of the court, and have an interaction with the cooperation of the network security company operating personnel exchanges, the countermeasures and suggestions not only consider the key needs of judicial activities, but also consider the law and current situation of technological development, and demonstrate the combination of law and artificial intelligence.
