ABSTRACT
In recent years, with the rapid development of China’s tourism industry, a large number of tourism professionals are in urgent need, but there is a serious dislocation of the supply and demand of undergraduates majoring in tourism management. Tourism management graduates are facing employment difficulties, especially the sudden outbreak of COVID-19 in 2020, which makes the employment of tourism management graduates more severe. Based on a clear understanding of the current situation of employment faced by college students in China, this paper analyzes the contradiction of the employment difficulty of tourism management graduates, and points out that the solution to the employment path of Tourism Management.
