ABSTRACT

With the development of the economy, low employee satisfaction leads to high employee turnover rate and brings great pressure to enterprise management. In order to better retain and attract talent, it is important to improve employee satisfaction. At present, most enterprises lack a scientific satisfaction evaluation system, so the construction of an employee satisfaction evaluation system is a topic worth exploring. This paper analyzes the factors of employee satisfaction and determines the evaluation index of employee satisfaction, determines the weight of each index through the hierarchical analysis method, and constructs the evaluation index system of employee satisfaction, hoping to help enterprises understand the employee satisfaction situation.
