ABSTRACT

Because of the traditional methods of lawyer evaluation, it is difficult to objectively and impartially evaluate the professional ability of lawyers through scientific and comprehensive means, and it is hard to satisfy the needs of rights defenders. Therefore, how to establish a comprehensive and effective evaluation system of a lawyer’s professional ability has become a problem to be solved. After exploring the limitations of traditional evaluation algorithms, this paper introduces the fuzzy analytic hierarchy process model to scientifically evaluate a lawyer’s professional ability. Simulated experiments also were conducted with Matlab. The results proved that the model has a good practicability for the evaluation of a lawyer’s professional ability. It not only avoids the one-sidedness of subjective and objective judgments, but also provides a decision basis for the realization of lawyer portraits and accurate lawyer recommended services, at the same time provides a more objective reference for rights defenders and has a good application prospect.
