ABSTRACT
This paper introduces the significance of the implementation of electric energy substitution, describes the status quo of the implementation of electric energy substitution in recent years, analyzes the factors restricting the development of electric energy substitution, and puts forward eight policy requirements for the development of electric energy substitution, including the coordination of the work of various ministries and commissions, the establishment of a collaborative mechanism, and the improvement of the market mechanism and technical standards.
