ABSTRACT
The excellent Chinese traditional culture has the characters of rich philosophical thoughts, humanistic spirit, educational thoughts and moral concepts and it can inspire people to know and transform the world further, to govern their counties effectively, and reconstruct their morality deeply. In order to explore the new humanistic value of Chinese traditional culture and make it play a greater role in serving the whole world better, the author read and studied a lot of materials carefully on the basis of plentiful practice and finally found that this topic has the new value of “Win-win Cooperation, Harmonious Coexistence, Mutual Respect and Mutual Tolerance”. The core issue to be solved in this paper is to explore how to promote this value to the world from Chinese perspective (cultural strategy, communication strategy, talent strategy, academic strategy, interaction strategy) and international perspective (community strategy and collaborative interaction strategy) to finally form an effective consensus of “global governance”.
