ABSTRACT
For the development and transformation needs in local universities and colleges based on emerging engineering education, the practice education system off campus in local universities and colleges is discussed, including the establishment of an effective off-campus practice teaching quality assurance mechanism, and establishing off-campus practice education bases which are suitable for emerging engineering education talents training mode, training the off-campus practice instructors, the construction of practical teaching resources, and so on. These measures are introduced to protect the quality of practical teaching and provide a reference for the development of emerging engineering education in local universities and colleges.
