ABSTRACT
The strategy of rural revitalization is a scientific plan of the party and the state for rural development in the new era. Colleges and universities should change their ideas, innovate the training mode of talents, and strengthen their service ability to the rural revitalization. Colleges and universities should also establish a guarantee mechanism to serve the rural revitalization strategy and promote its smooth implementation.
