With the globalization of the economy and the development of the Chinese economy as the most second largest in the world, China’s academic disputes, which are separate from general civil disputes, have been increasing recently, and from the lessons and resolutions of these cases, China has a long way to go in building a legal system to resolve these cases, and these cases shall affect the resolution issues of future academic disputes. To resolve the cases and confirm the features of academic disputes, we shall legislate special constitutional laws and other laws, and legislate special proceeding rules to resolve this kind of dispute within the university organization. Only the special legislation and organization can hear cases established in the university and wider society.
