ABSTRACT
In the student policing management in public security colleges, the most important thing is to adhere to the political construction of police, adhere to the leadership of the party, take Xi’s new era of socialism with Chinese characteristics as the command, take moral education as the central link, and always put ideological and political education in the first place to carry out ideological and political education throughout the entire process of teaching management. Besides, we must adhere to strict management of the police, adhere to strict thinking, strict discipline, and train students to be equipped with self-cultivated and self-disciplined learning and working style, and establish a strict policing management system. In accordance with the characteristics and growth of students in the new era, we must innovate education concepts, reform management methods, make full use of modern science and technology, and actively explore a new policing management model to achieve the goal of reforming the strong police and boosting the police with science and technology.
