ABSTRACT
This chapter illustrated the various techniques to secure multimedia objects through machine learning techniques in a wireless sensor network. Multimedia objects are easily available due to the availability of high internet bandwidth, digital technology, and wireless sensor network. In view of this, security of multimedia servers is always the concern while transferring multimedia contents through the internet. The security issues are copyright protection, ownership protection, broadcast monitoring, copy control, and authentication. The chapter starts with the introduction to the wireless sensor network, the objectives, features, types and the relevance of it. The categories to detect the access points that are considered to be unauthorized in a wireless sensor network is covered in a detailed manner. The chapter concludes with various machine learning techniques to authenticating the efficient multimedia data and the related issues in wireless sensor networks.
