ABSTRACT
This chapter examines the use of WAGES (Water, Gas, Electricity and Steam) information as a valuable tool in analyzing the efficiency of operations in one or more buildings and setting priorities for facility investments. Web-based systems make gathering and analyzing this information a simple task for most facility managers.
