ABSTRACT
The mails nowadays support storing mails according to the category. The results match with a searched pattern from the mail inbox to search for some text. The proposed study produces the mails with a content match with a specific pattern, resulting in the mails from the storage box and other panes. This would make the user understands the places where the data exists. Also, the significant milestone of the system is searching for the mails which have attachments where these files consist of the input pattern. The existing online tools would convert the content of the file into text. The attached files are converted into text files and given patterns are searched over such text files using any of available online tools. The KMP pattern matching that keeps track of locations in the text files would be the mail’s attached files. The output is only the mails with attachments like text files that match input patterns. The report over the category panes where it is searched is produced as output. The panes in the mail are checked for input pattern and return the output over the multiple panes where matching is found in both the content and attached files.
