ABSTRACT
This short book is aimed to provide a brief, but essential, understanding of the academic bullying issue in the scientific community backyard, its root causes, and possible solutions that can be done by stakeholders to solve the issue, driven by (i) thousands of target stories which my colleagues and I reviewed in the past few years through our institutions’ IRB approved global survey on academic bullying (https://papers.ssrn.com/sol3/papers.cfm?abstract_id=3850784) and (ii) the complaints submitted to the Parity Movement Organization (www.paritymovement.org).
