ABSTRACT
Education is an integral part of one’s development as a human. The purpose and the process of it become quite stressful along the way. This study is done to understand and analyze how educating can be eventful and enriching with infusing culture and commitment. Being a teacher myself, it is very much visible how a student’s life has been shaping up and how the community can help them. The problems in this could be geographical, ethnic, financial, and emotional. I researched in the Mini Kashi of India, that is, Kota and the Institute, which has been shaping the future of students since 1988, named ALLEN Career Institute. Kota-coaching for IIT JEE and Medical NEET UG has been a pioneer and their methods have been an inspiration. ALLEN Career Institutes has four Directors and faculty members (ALLEN Family) worked toward students’ development and making their life eventful. I did interview the students as well as the Director for getting the data regarding the study. The KoCa (Kota Carnival) festival, the Sanskar Mahotsava, the Open Sessions, The Happiness card and online career, and personal guidance programs have been few events that were making a difference in students’ life.
