ABSTRACT
The novel idea of picture fuzzy set (PFS) was initiated by following the concepts of fuzzy set and intuitionistic fuzzy set. PFS-based models can be applied to situations requiring human opinions involving more than two answers. In a few years, picture fuzzy set obtained the rapid development both in theory and applications. Motivated by the picture fuzzy set and soft set, the chapter describes a new notion namely picture fuzzy soft matrix is introduced. It provides some types of picture fuzzy soft matrices with some operations. The chapter deals with an example on picture fuzzy soft matrix by using the algorithm of VIKOR method. VIKOR method is of the finest method for MCDM problems. This method is one of the compensatory methods, parameters are independent, and qualitative parameters are changed to quantitative attributes. The steps involved in VIKOR method are given precisely for a better understanding.
