ABSTRACT
Record keeping is an integral part of clinical and research work, helping maintain records of patients, the surgeries and procedures conducted, the clinical/surgical outcomes achieved and any complications in the course of management. Record keeping not only helps us maintain a continuous data pool of the patients and the modalities offered, but also is a dynamic tool of help in audits and medico-legal aspects.
