ABSTRACT
Cloud computing offers applications, supporting technology, hardware, software, infrastructure, and integration for clients. Cloud computing has on-demand access to shared infrastructure. Cloud computing offers cloud application systems such as Email, gaming application, sound/video, and social media for clients. The user performance, throughput, and performance of cloud services are affected by delay, packet loss, and bandwidth parameters during the transmission between client and server. The proposed protocol determines the effects of delay, packet loss, and bandwidth parameters on the cloud application system using fuzzy logic decision-making techniques. The proposed fuzzy logic simulation shows the best user performance, throughput, and performance of cloud services by using delay, packet loss, and bandwidth parameters in cloud computing environments.
