ABSTRACT
The improvement of the village of Villozi in the Lomonosov district of the Leningrad region has become a new modern standard of municipal improvement. The principles and features of the design solution are considered. The system design and modular solutions are integrated with an identity that forms the authenticity of the environment. A simulation algorithm using design code is proposed. The modular approach is currently a response to the challenges of the time and the growing requirements in the formation of the architectural environment of localities. The principle of modularity is successfully implemented in the implementation of objects in localities of the Leningrad region under the guidance of the architect, associate Professor of the Department of design of the architectural environment of the St. Petersburg state University of architecture and civil engineering S. B. Danilova.
